What it is

Lewis JCC Mah Jongg Open Play is first-party community open play on lewisjcc.org’s Game Time page for Mah Jongg (alongside Canasta and Bridge) at the Lewis JCC in West Nyack, New York. Members form their own games or staff help match players; the page also lists paid beginner Mah Jongg class series. Its main identity for this listing is local open play / community tables, not an equipment shop and not a national digital multiplayer server.

Who it’s for

Rockland County / lower Hudson Valley / Northern New Jersey–metro players who want a citeable weekday open-play seat at a JCC. West Nyack is unused on disk. Existing local-group coverage skews toward other JCC calendars and metros (Boston/North Shore, Seattle Stroum, SF, Dallas, Charlotte, Tampa, Nashville, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Omaha, Birmingham Levite, Sonoma County, etc.).

Why it’s listed

The plaza needs a real unused-metro open-play listing with address, times, and member pricing — geography diversity vs Monday’s Omaha Mahjong Club (NE), Tuesday’s Levite JCC Birmingham (AL), and Wednesday’s JCC Sonoma County (Santa Rosa CA).
