What it is

AUTOJONG is a single-product brand that sells an automatic mahjong table designed for American Mahjong from its own shop. The table shuffles and builds the walls by machine. It comes with two full 152-tile American sets: one is in play while the other is shuffled inside. When a hand ends, players push the tiles into the center opening, press a button, and a freshly shuffled wall rises in front of each seat. With the cover on, it works as a dining or card table. The listed package is $4,999 with four chairs, two side tables and wooden racks with pushers. The brand is operated by a company in Jinan, China, and ships to the U.S. and Canada. It is equipment, not a set shop and not a club.

Who it’s for

American Mah Jongg households, home groups and clubs that play often and want to skip hand-shuffling and wall-building. It also suits buyers looking for a table that doubles as dining furniture. It is a large purchase with a long ocean-freight delivery window. Existing Equipment listings on disk are mostly tile-set shops (Luxe, Mahjong Co., Mah Jongg Direct, American Mahjong Shop, Amahj Line, OMG Mahj, Oh My Mahjong, Southern Sparrow, Modern Mahjong, etc.), plus Four Woods (racks) and Mahjong by SI (mats). Bespoke Mahjong and Pop Mahjong list automatic tables as one category among many, but no listing on disk is an automatic-table specialist.

Why it’s listed

The plaza needs an equipment pick that differs in kind from recent ones: Wednesday’s Mahjong by SI (mats, Atlanta GA), Tuesday’s Four Woods (racks), Monday’s OMG Mahj and Friday’s Amahj Line (sets). AUTOJONG is the plaza’s first automatic-table maker listing, with a published price, specs, warranty and shipping terms.
